Perfect escape

I thought the landscaping and the overall layout of the hotel looked reallly nice and was a good escape from the busy streets of coron. Also the staff were very friendly and good with advice on which tours to book and recommend a good dive company.

There wasn't much of a social aspect Like with a lot of backpackers. So A lot of guests kept to themselfs mostly.

We liked the atmosphere and vibe at this place.

We liked the atmosphere and vibe at this place. Toilet and shower were fine, clean.

After 3,5 weeks of travelling through the Philippines we were kinda used to the noises. But at this hostel it was the worst. Unfortunatly our room was right beside a lot of chickens. Water pressure are the showers wasnt that great, we would preffer a Bucket shower ;-)!

Friendly place to stay

The bamboo huts, the garden, the friendly helpful staff, the location just out of Coron town, excellent laundry service, free drinking water refills, assistance with getting tricycles, close to hospital and pharmacy ( which we needed!)

Nothing was really a problem.. just a couple of things that are common on the islands.. erratic wifi and low water pressure in the shower. Also road traffic can be noisy so if a light sleeper best to ask for room at the back of property. Overall though, this was one of the best places we stayed for the price.

I really like the place. The staff are very approachable and friendly. I was sick a day before my departure and they really checked on me. They can also arrange your tours. Great value for money.

A small step up from camping

I have to say, if it weren't for Jasmine and Grace, I may not have fulfilled my stay. However, they were so kind and helpful with answering questions and making excursion arrangements, it made up for the horrendous service at the restaurant. The cabanas are modest. There is very little room for storage or mobility. They have power outlets inside and outside. The fan works well as there is no A/C, but in beginning of February, it was suitable. Wifi is available in common area and restaurant. The beds are small and a bit thin. Bottom sheet and top sheet are included, but note no towels. Bathrooms and showers (separate from cabanas) are kept clean, are conveniently placed, but are communal. I liked that it was a bit up the street from the bustling downtown area. Is an easy walk or tricycle ride back and forth.

It was a step up from camping. If you have any aversion to cats or the sound of roosters at all hours, bring ear plugs or do not stay here. The teenaged girl who 'works' in the restaurant is much more occupied with her appearance and phone then customer service. The restaurant has a menu, but in reality, it is more of asking what they have rather than what is on the menu. It took over 15 minutes to be told there was no salad available at dinner and my order hadn't been placed, and at breakfast there was no bread, but they offered french fries. Breakfast is not included in price of room. To prepare for a long day out on a boat I ordered pancakes with sausage. Coffee and syrup not included. Milk for barely drinkable coffee was also an issue. Better off to eat meals out.

The location was just out of town which suited us as there is a lot of construction in town.

It is crazy noisy,literally so many cockerels just behind the property that start around 3am and don’t stop! Even with really good ear plugs in you can’t sleep. The huts are also very small but adequate. Air con was essential.

I like the hospitality shown to us during our stay

It would have been better if they have pump for every tank so they can have good flow of water supplied in every shower room.

Basic but good

Location just outside Coron town, away from the traffic noise but still walkable, 7-10 minutes to town. Friendly staff. Basic facilities but clean enough

Our hut was next to the kitchen and therefore was constantly covered in all sorts of smells including the smoke. The food served was OK, but certainly not great for non-Filipinos

Personal is extremely friendly, cheap

Very noisy with the rooster farm next to the beds, shared showers and toilets (you hear the guy next door taking a piss when you shower, not the most pleasant sound!!)

„Gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis

Die Lage ist außerhalb der Stadt aber nicht zu weit entfernt, was perfekt ist. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und die Hütten an sich sind sehr cool! Das Personal war wirklich sehr fürsorglich (Airport Shuttle 150Pesos pro Person).

Toiletten und duschen hätten sauberer sein können. In der Nacht hat ein Hahn wirklich sehr laut gekräht aus der nachbarschaft, jedoch waren wir müde genug dieses zu überhören.

„Das Personal ist sehr nett und die Zimmer sind typische süße...

Das Personal ist sehr nett und die Zimmer sind typische süße Bungalows, die in einem wunderschönen dschungelartigen Garten liegen.

Die Lage ist eine Katastrophe. Man hört den Lärm von der Straße und wacht bereits um 4 morgens auf, da die Hähne unglaublich laut Krähen.

„Das Hostel ist ein bisschen abseits gelegen, doch man kommt...

Das Hostel ist ein bisschen abseits gelegen, doch man kommt schnell überall hin. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Die Touren, welche das Hostel für uns gebucht hat, waren super! Im Vergleich zu anderen Booten, waren wir nicht viele auf einem Boot.

Die Toiletten waren ständig verstopft und nie wirklich sauber. Teils sehr lange Wartezeiten im Restaurant. Am frühen Morgen hört man die Hühner sehr laut.

Al principio dudamos pero fue súper bien, el trato increíble, el cuarto bien, seguro, dejamos nuestras cosas sin problemas.

En la espalda hay gallos q cantan 24/7, pide cuarto en la entrada.

Estuvimos en Coron 7 dias, pero el tercero tuvimos un...

Estuvimos en Coron 7 dias, pero el tercero tuvimos un problema y tuvimos que ir al hospital. El personal de hotel nos dejó todo lo que necesitabamos, almohadas, hielo, toallas... Se portaron muy bien con nosotros y nos apoyaron en todo. Muy recomendado.

Si eres una persona alta, las camas pueden ser un poco pequeñas para ti.

Bonito alojamiento de cabañas individuales y baños comunes.

El sitio es bonito, cabañas en una especie de ladera con mucha vegetación. Las cabañas por dentro son justas, pero están bien. Suficiente. Los baños y duchas están fuera.

Los baños y duchas comunes no estaban sucios, pero tampoco se veía que fueran muy higiénicos... El agua se encharcaba... pero tampoco es que estuvieran mal. En general el sitio está bien ;)

Cabañas muy amplias en un resort muy familiar y un trato...

Cabañas muy amplias en un resort muy familiar y un trato excelente por parte de todos los integrantes del mismo. Cerca del centro (10 min andando) pero mínimamente alejado para tener calma y relax. Repetiríamos cada vez sin dudarlo.
